Anteeksi, tein nyt tälläsen yhen pitkän päivityksen, tovottavasti se ei oo liian pitkä ;^; Yukit on nyt yukeiltu ja istun kotona kärsimässä conidarrasta. Oma coniviikonloppuni alkoi perjantaina kun Destine ja whiplasher tulivat mun luokse yöpymään. Käytiin kaupassa ja juteltiin ilta kaikenlaista :> He olivat käyneet jo perjantaina lunastamassa rannekkeet, mutta mie en voinu ku kisaajat sai vasta lauantaina >: Pleh..

Sorry, I made one long post this time, I hope it's no too long :^; Yuki is now over and now I sit home in con hangover. My con weekend started on Friday when Destine and whiplasher arrived to my place. We went to the grocery store and talked random stuff for the evening :> They had turned their tickets into the wristbands already on Friday, but I couldn't go as the contestants could get them only in Saturday >: bleh.

Lauantai/Saturday:

Lauantai starttasi siinä kello 8 maissa kun kammettiin itsemme ylös ja alettiin pukea cosseja aamupalan jälkeen. Hajime nyt on aika nopsa pistää päälle onneksi. Ja hei, ihme tapahtui: Sain ekaa kertaa piilarit ekalla yrityksellä silmään! Halleluuja!! \o/

Oltiin conipaikalla vähän ennen kymmentä, jahka oltiin saatu auto parkkiin uimahallille. Ulkona oli kaksi jonoa, ja luulin tietysti että se pidempi on se ei-rannekkeellisten jono, mutta onneksi se olikin se lyhyempi : D rannekemyyjät ohjas mut cosplay-infoon josta sain rannekkeen ja kisabadgen. 

Saturday started around 8 am when we dragged ourselves up and started to put on our cosplays after breakfast. Hajime is luckily pretty quick to put on. And hey, a miracle happened: I got the contacts on on the first try for the first time! Hallelujah!! \o/

We were at the con place a bit before 10 am. There was two lines outside, and I was sure the longer one was for those who didn't have wristbands yet, but it was the shorter one after all : D the sellers quided me to the cosplay info from where I got the wristband and the contest badge. 

Piakkoin törmäsin Elemmireen ja menin pitämään sille seuraa sen laittaessa cossia päälle. Annoin sille myös myöhäisen joululahjan/aikasen synttärilahjan, olin piirtäny Magin Tituksen Ellun yhdestä cossikuvasta :> Lähdettiin pyörimään ympäriinsä ja ettimään ihmisiä. Oli kiva että Hajime tunnistettiin ja aika moni tuli pyytää kuvaa :> Jossain vaiheessa muut lähti syömään, mutten ite mennyt koska olin sopinut cosplay-kirppiksellä yhden myynnin ja tapaaminen olis ollu  kohta, joten jäin pyörimään yksikseni hetkeks. Tapaamisen jälkeen kävin kuuntelemassa esityskisa-luennon, jonka melkeen meinasin unohtaa, mutta onneks tajusin parii minuuttii ennen ku se alko et "Ainii mun piti mennä sinne!" Se oli ihan mielenkiintonen, ja sai paljon vinkkejä! 

Sen jälkeen kävin kattomassa luistelunäytöksen, joka oli taas mahtava *-* Tällä kertaa se oli Hobitista, ja Krista luisteli Kilinä. Ehkä oli hirmu söpöö et siihen oli otettu Fili ja Thorin mukaan myös!

Luistelunäytöksen jälkeen sitten käytiin Subissa ostamassa ruokaa ja tultiin takas coniin syömään, ja nälkä oli jo kova. 

Soon I bumped into Elemmire and went to keep her company while she put her cosplay on. I gave her a late Christmas/early birthday present, a drawing of Titus (Magi) from one of Ellu's cosplay photos :> We went to walk around the con place and to find people. It was nice that Hajime was recognized and many came to ask for picture :> At some point others went to eat, but I didn't go as I had an appointment with a customer from Cosplay flee market soon, so I hung out by myself for a moment. After the appointment I went to listen to the skit competition-panel, which I almost forgot but then noticed few minutes before it started "Oh yeah I was supposed to go there!" It was interesting and I got some good tips! 

After this I went to see the ice skating show which was awesome again *-*  This time it was about The Hobbit and Krista skated as Kili. It was maybe super cute she included Fili and Thorin in the show too!

After the show we went to buy food from Subway and came back to the con to eat, and the hunger was big.

I tried to get that weird color world of  Hamatora to these pictures with edit, dunno how it went :'D

Oli tarkotus mennä shoottailemaan Destinen ja Elemmiren kanssa, mutta sitten sitä ei tapahtunutkaan kun Elemmire jämähti jonnekin paikkaan X, Destine lähti taidekujalle ja mie jäin juttelemaan Rewen kanssa : D mentiin kellarikerrokseen mahjong-huoneeseen koska Rewen poikaystävä halus pelaamaan, joten se lupas sillä välin shoottailla minnuu. Kellarikäytävä oli aika sopiva Hajimelle, vaikka kyllä pari ideaa oli sinne  portailla, jotka tällä kertaa jäi saamatta koska väenpaljous.  Sitten pitikin jo kiiruhtaa koska NCC-karsinnat alko ihan kohta. Tai siis piti alkaa, mutta kuultiinki että niitä oli siirretty puolella tunnilla eteenpäin. Aino ilmotti että oli viimein päässy paikalle, joten kävin vaihtamassa mun paikkalipun ettei sen tarvinnu mennä yksin kattoo. Jouduttiin parvelle mutta sieltä näki ihan hyvin. Kisot tosin myöhästyivät lopulta semmoset tunnilla ja vartilla, koska niillä oli kuulemma ollu teknisiä vikoja. Silleppä ei voi mitään, ja ne jatku vielä kisan aikana, mutta olipahan hyvää seuraa vaikka vähän ärsyttikin. Mutta esitykset oli silti tosi hyviä! Omat suosikit pääsi sijotuksille ja oikea kisaaja pääsi läpi :> Vähän harmittaa sen yhden kisaajan puolesta jolta ei tainnu mennä ihan homma niinku kässärissä.
Kisojen jälkeen lähettiin pikkuhiljaa kotia kohti.

We were supposed to go photoshooting with Destine and Elemmire, but then it didn't after all as Elemmire got stuck somewhere place X, Destine went to artist alley and I went to talk with Rewe : D we went to the basement to mahjong room because Rewe's boyfriend wanted to play, so she agreed to photoshoot me meanwhile. The basement hallway was pretty fitting for Hajime, though I had few ideas for the stair case, but we didn't get those since there were so many people there. Soon I had to rush as the NCC preliminaries were about to start. Or should have started, but we heard they were moved to start 30 minutes later. Aino informed that she had gotten to the con place, so I changed my seat ticket so that she didn't have to go to see the competition alone. We had to go to the balcony but we saw well from there as well. The competition started an hour and 15 minuter late in the end, they had some technical problems that continued a bit still during the competition. That can't be helped, and even though it was a bit annoying at least I had good company while waiting! But all the skits were good! My own favourites got placed and the right competitor got trough :> Though I'm bit sad for that one guy who's skit didn't apparently go as planned.
After the contest we started heading home.

Sunnuntai/Sunday

Sunnuntai valkenikin sitten vähän aikasemmin, Mun piti olla jo viimeistään 10 ilmottautunu, ja halusin olla paikalla mielellään jo ysiltä (kisaajat pääs sisälle 8.30->). Tosin pieniä mutkia tuli matkaan, koska yöllä oli satanu aika paljon lunta, ja meijän piti oikeesti kaivaa auto esiin. Noh, conipaikalle selvittiin ja ilmottautumisen jälkeen menin bäkkärille viemään tavarat ja laittamaan loput cossista päälle. Sitten jäin odottamaan tuomarointia. Kisanumeroni oli 8, eli olin alottelijoiden vikana, mutta koska kukaan muu ei oikeestaan ollu vielä saanu cossia päälle kokonaan, pääsin tokana tuomarointiin. Enpä siitä oikeen osaa sanoa mitään, en oikeen tienny mitä pitäis kertoo, kysymyksiin osasin vastata mut sit ku tuli näitä "kerro jotain yleisesti puvun tekemisestä" ja "oliko vielä jotain erityistä mitä haluisit mainita" l'D Sama oli ku juontaja kävi kysymässä että mitä haluun et se kysyy multa lavalla ni olin ihan sillee "öööö emmä tiiä", ja päädyttiin sitten että se kyselee miekasta. Tuomaroinnin jälkeen menin sitten kuvauttamaan itteni, ja sitten olin vapaa jonkin aikaa. Tuntuu että aina kun lukee ihmisten postauksia kun ne on ollu kisoissa nii kaikki hengailee bäkkärillä. Ite en jotenki osannu olla siellä ku en ketää tuntenu joten pakenin aina kavereiden luo coniin :'D

Sunday we woke up earlier than day before. I needed to sign up at 10 am at last and I wanted to be at the con place already at 9 (the contestants got in 8.30->) Though we had a few problems, as it had snowed heavily during the night and we had to literally dig our car out. Well, we survived to the con place and after signing up I went to the backstage to take my stuff there and put on the rest of my costume. Then I waited for the judging. My contest number was 8 so I was the last of the beginners, but as almost no one else had their costume on yet, I got there as second. I don't know what to say, I didn't really know what to tell them, I could answer to the questions but then there were those "tell us something about making the costume" or "is there still something you would like to tell about it" l'D Same with the host when she came to ask about stage questions and I was like "ummm I don't know" and we ended up that she'll ask about the sword.
After the judging I went to take my photos and then I was free for sometime. Feels like every time I read people's posts when they have been competing it seems everyone just hangs put at the backstage. I somehow didn't feel like staying as I didn't know anyone so I ran away to my friends at the con :'D

Löysin meijän Traconin Magi-ryhmän Alibaban ja Hakuryun sekä Elemmiren ja Spitaalisen. Hengailtiin hetki jossain sivummalla, kunnes äkättiin Kyogoku-cossaaja myös! Ehkä hihkuin ja hypin sen eteen sillee "siskoooo~" (tosin se hetken paniikki "yhyy mul ei oo kännykkää= ei olekameraa!!)   : DDD Sitten siihen jossain vaiheessa osu myös Solomon~ Elemmire oli kiva ja otti meistä vähän kuvia puhelimellaan. Meistä otettiin aika paljon porukkakuvia, mutta jostain syystä kun oon yrittäny metsästää ni en oo löytäny yhtään kuvaa muutaku ne mitä omat kaverit otti.. Hengailtiin yhdessä porukalla hetki ennen ku hajaannuttii ja lähettiin muutamien kaa myyntipöydille ja kirjastoon syömään ilmasta puuroa. En jaksanu ottaa Kouhan pieniä osia pois ja hakee takkia/housuja että vois lähtee jonneki ulos. Olin muuten hakenu Cosvisionin pöydältä mun sponsori badgen ku lähettiin myynipöydiltä, mutta ehin jo tossa välissä hävittää sen :'DD Sitten klo 12 aikaan olikin lavalle tutustumisen aika (oikeesti olin unohtanu tän, mutta satuin just menee käymää bäkkärillä ku muut odotteli sinne pääsyä..). Sen jälkeen hipsin vielä hetkeks conin puolelle ja onnistuin näkemään vielä meijän Free!-ryhmän Rinin ja Harun sekä antamaan Alibaballe Alibaba-karkin :> Sitten pitikin mennä jo oottamaan lavalle pääsyä. Tässä vaiheessa vasta mua alko kunnolla jännittää ku ooteltiin siinä jonossa :o En ees enää oikee muista miten siellä lavalla meni... Kai se ihan jees : D
Palkintojen jaossa oli lievää kaaosta koska kukaan ei kuullu bäkkärille mitä lavalla puhuttiin, ei ees vaikka seisottiin ihan siinä ovella. Jotenkin ne palkinnot onneks saatiin jaettua.
En sijottunu, mutta eipä se haittaa. Sain itteni joka tapauksessa lavalle, ja se on jo jotain! Pari kertaa ennen conia olin jo luovuttamassa, mutta en luovuttanut! Ja bäkkärilläkin monet sano että mun cossi on tosi hieno ;^; <3 yhyy olen liian suomalainen kehuihin.

I found Alibaba and Hakuryu of our Tracon's Magi group and Elemmire and Spitaalinen. We hanged out at the side when we noticed a Kyogoku cosplayer! I maybe giggled and jumped to her like "sisteeeer~" (though a moment's panic "I don't have my phone=I don't have camera!") :'DD We also got Solomon there too~ Elemmire was kind enough to take few pictures of us with her phone. Many people took group photos of us, but for some reason I haven't managed to find any when hunting for them, except the ones from my friends. We hanged around there as a group for a while before separating and I went with a few peeps to the dealer's hall and to eat free porridge to library. I was too lazy to take off Kouha's small parts and get jacket/pants so I could outside. I had by the way gone to Cosvision's table while leaving the dealer's hall to get my sponsor badge, but I managed to lose it already after that :'D Then at 12 pm we were allowed to visit the stage before hand (really I had forgotten this, but I happened to go to the backstage just when people were waiting to get there...). Then I still went to the con area for a little while and saw our Free!-group's Rin and Haru and gave Alibaba Alibaba-candy :> Then I had to go wait to get to the stage. That was when I really started getting nervous when we waited at the line :o I don't really even remember how it went... I guess it was okay :'D The awards giving was a quite chaos as no one heard a thing what they spoke at the stage, even if we stood right next to the door to there. Somehow they managed to get the awards to the right people.
I didn't get placed, but that's okay. I got myself to the stage anyway, that's already something! A couple of times I was about to give up, but I didn't! And at the backstage many said that my cosplay was awesome ;^; <3 buhuu I'm too Finnish for compliments.

 Kisojen jälkeen coni olikin jo loppu vaiheella ja lähdettiin Rewen ja Valtterin kanssa syömään Funky burgeriin. Muuten jees hamppari mutta liian mausteinen pihvi :'D Mutta meillä oli hauskaa, ja tilausnumeroista syntyi joku aikahyppykoodi (18.5.2018 klo 18.20 pistän muistiin tännekin koska kumminkaa tolli varmaa enää samaa puhelinta!).
Yuki oli jälleen hauska con, ainoo vaan että tilaa oli liian vähän.. Mutta siitä selvittiin ja itselläni oli ainakin kivaa! Seuraavana onkin sitten Frosti jo noin kuukauden päästä. Sinne on tulossa jotain uutta~ Oliveria oon jo alotellukin, teen siitä WIPin jossain välissä!

After the competition the con was already almost over and I went to eat with Rewe and Valtteri to Funky Burger. Otherwise good burger but the meat was too spicy :'D But we had fun and the order numbers made some time warp code (18.5.2018 6.20 pm I'll put it here too as I probably won't have same phone then anymore!)
Yuki was again fun con, even though there wasn't enough space. But we survived from it and at least I had fun! Next up is Frostbite in a month. I have something new for that~ I have already started on Oliver, I'll make a WIP later!

Fall anime review

Tästä nyt ihan hirveen pitkä arvostelu tule koska mikään ei oikeestaan loppunu ja ne mitkä loppu on kesällä alkaneita sarjoja :'D

This won't be too long review as almost none of the series ended and the ones that did were from the summer :'D

Buddy Complex: Kanketsu-hen - Ano Sora ni Kaeru Mirai de

No tämä oli ainoo syksyn sarja... Ja sekin vaan kahen jakson mittanen :'D

Olikos se nyt viime talvella ku Buddy Complex tuli, ja nyt syksyllä sarja sai vielä kahden OVAn pitusen jatko-osan. Mielestäni sarja sai hyvän ja ansaitsemansa päätöksen ja edelleenki vihaan Bizonia.

Well this is probably the only fall anime... and it was only two episodes :'D

Was it last winter when Buddy Complex came out, and now on fall the anime still got two OVAs long sequel. I think that the series got good ending, and I still hate Bizon.

Akame Ga Kill

(Nytku näitä sarjoja on näin vähän saan ragettaa tästä enemmän eiksje?)

Aluks sarja vaikutti tuosi hyvältä ja lupaavalta ja olin sillee "jes, tää on just semmone mistä mä tykkään!" ... lol nope!

No alotetaaks siitä et sarjan nimi on AKAME ga Kill. Eli oletus oli että Akame, tuo kuvan etualalla oleva mustatukkanen likka, ois päähenkilö. Omasta mielestäni sopivampi nimi olis ollu Tatsumi ga Kill, nimittäin päähenkilö oli kyllä Tatsumi, tuo ruskeahiuksinen poju, joka jätti Akamen täysin varjoonsa.

Lisäks sarja oli täynnä ärsyttäviä hahmoja, pakotettua huumoria ja pitkälti hemmetin tylsä. Siitä tuli pikkuhiljaa sellasta joka viikkosta pakkopullaa, koska olen tyhmä enkä osaa jättää sarjoja kesken. Toka vikassa jaksossa olin sillai "okei tää oli menetetty peli..." Mutta kuinka tyypillistä, tämä on taas näitä sarjoja että manga jatkuu vielä!

First the anime seemed good and promising and I was like "Yes, this is just what I like!" ... lol nope!

Well let's start from that that the name was AKAME ga Kill. So you'd think that Akame, that black haired girl on the front at the picture, would be the main character. I think that the more fitting name would have been Tatsumi ga Kil,  as the main character was Tatsumi, that brown haired dud, who left Akame completely in his shadow for the most of the time.
Also the anime was full of annoying characters, forced humor and it was pretty much just boring. Little by little I forced myself to watch this, because I'm stupid and can't drop these out once I've began watching them. During the second last episode I was like "okay this is a lost game..." But how typical, it's again one of those seriest where manga is still going on!

Sword Art Online II
SAO:n kauan odotettu kakkoskausi! Tosin vähän varauksella odotin tätä. Trailereista tms matskusta oli saatu selville se, että Kirito pelaa naista, uusi päähenkilöchiqu ja Asuna jää vaan support-hahmoksi. Pelkäsin että sarjan tekijät pilaa Kiriton ja Asunan suhteen ;___; Näin ei onneksi käynyt. Sinon oli ihan kiva hahmo, ja tykkäsin Gun Gale Online arcista. Kauden toka puolisko olikin sitten vähän alamäkeä.... Tuntui että sinne oli väkipakolla yritetty tunkea tavaraa että saatais se 24 jaksoa täyteen. Okei vika arc oli ihan jees, tykkäsin Yuukista ja olihan se vika jakso aika tear jerker.. Mutta mielestäni ehkä ne päähenkilötki ois ansainnu vähä enemmän jotai screentimeä.. Sinonki unohdettiin lopussa. (Eikä ollu tarpeeks KiriAsua eiku---)
Ihan ok kausi, muttei niin hyvä ku eka.

The long awaited second season of SAO! I wasn't sure what to expect from this though. From trailer etc material I had found out that Kirito will play as a girl, there's new main character chick and Asuna will be only supportive character. I was afraid they'd ruin Kirito and Asuna's relationship >: Luckily they didn't. Sinon was nice character and I liked Gun Gale Online arc. Tough the second half of the season was a bit down hill... It felt like they had forced the stuff there to get 24 episodes. Okay the last arc was okay, I liked Yuuki and the last episode was a bit tear jerker... But still I think the main characters would have deserved more screen time. Sinon was completely forgotten. (And there wasn't enough KiriAsu waaitwhat---)
It was okay, but not as good as the first one.

Dragonball Kai 2014

Tää nyt ei oo viel loppunu, mutta ko siinä on enää pari jaksoo jäljellä ja, noh, Dragonball, kyl mä tiiän mitä niissä käy :'D On ne pari kertaa nähty. Tai siis tää ois loppunu jos sitä ois tullu joka viikko, mutta aina välillä on jääny välisät >_< nytkää ei oo parii viikkoo tätä(kään) tullu.
Kai alko siis tossa muutama vuos sitten DBZ:n juhlavuotena (olikoha se 20), jolloin päätettiin sarjasta tehdä remasteroitu versio ja poistaa siitä kaikki tavara joka ei ollu mangassa. AKA sarjasta tippu puolet pois :'D Nyt sitte viime vuonna, joka oli muuten koko Dragonball-sarjan 30 v juhlavuos (manga alko 1984), sarjan vika tarina arc, Buu saagakin sai uuden version (edellinen loppu Cell saagaan). Joskohan tää nyt ispais kattomaan sen ekanki Kain... oon alottanu mut en oo jaksanu vähää aikaa kattoo :'D
Mut joo, Dragonball on Dragonball, se tuttu ja turvallinen, ja tykkään siitä edelleen näin monen vuoden jälkeen :> Buu saagassa ei ees muistaakseni ollu ihan hirveesti alunperinkää mitää fillereitä. Totuttelin tämän myötä myös kattomaan sarjaa Japaniksi, koska sillä ei vielä ole dubbia. Pari leffaa olen originaalina nähny mutta muuten tää on niitä sarjoja jotka menee paremmin enkuks.
Goten ja Trunks on parhaita <3

This hasn't actually ended yet but as there is only a couple of episodes left and well, Dragonball, I know what's going to happen :'D I've seen them before. Or well this would have ended if it had come every week, but new episode didn't come out few times >_< now it has been a few weeks without this (as well).
Kai started a few years ago when it was DBZ's anniversary (20th, if I remember correctly) when they decided to make a remastered version and cut out everything not featured in manga. AKA almost half of the series was cut off :'D now last year, which was the whole Dragonball-series 30th anniversary by the way (manga started 1984), the last story arc, the Buu saga got it's new version too (the previous one ended to Cell saga). Maybe this would inspire me to watch the first Kai too.. I've started but I haven't watched it for a while l'D
But yeah, Dragonball is Dragonball, the familiar and safe,  and I still like it after all these years :> There wasn't that many fillers in Buu saga anyways. I also accustomed myself to watch this is Japanese, as there isn't a dub yet. I've seen few movies in original but mostly this is one of those animes that I rather watch in English.
Goten and Trunks still rock <3

Tämäki postaus on ollu kesken jo pari viikkoa, mutta nyt vasta sain sen kirjotettua loppuun :'D Tosiaan, muut sarjat jatkuu vielä, Nanatsu no Taizai, Sanzoku no Musume Ronja, Akatsuki No Yona ja Sailor Moon. Pari sarjaa nyt tulevalla kaudella on mitkä kiinnostaa, mutta yritän nyt olla ottamatta niitä hirveesti kun näitä vanhojaki on vielä näin paljon jäljellä l'D Lisäks samalla aloin kattoo LoveLivee ja rewatchaa Magia, ja se Inuyashan rewatchaus nyt on ollu kesken jo ties kuinka kauan..

But yeah, other animes still go on, Nanatsu no Taizai, Sanzoku no Musume Ronja, Akatsuki no Yona and Sailor Moon. There are a couple of interesting series in this season, but I try not to take too many as I still have this many the old ones l'D Also I have started watching LoveLive and rewatching Magi, and that Inuyasha's rewatching has been ongoing for a long time...
Whoops.

Hajime (Hamatora)

Hajimen asu on ollut (melkeen) valmis jo jonkin aikaa, mutta nyt vasta pääsen käytämään sitä. Asusta puuttuu vielä nuo punaset hanskat, koska ompelukoneeni päätti ettei tykkää kankaasta, joten yritän saada ne ommeltua käsin. Jahka saan neuloja. Myöskään hupparissa ei ole tuota liukuvärjäystä, koska se tuntui olevan vaan osassa kuvista, joten jätin sen tällä kertaa ainakin tekemättä : D

Hajime's costume has been (almost) ready for some time already, but I only get to use it now. It's still missing those red glowes, as my sewing machine decided it doesn't like the fabric, so I'll try to hand sew them. As soon as I get needles. Also the hoodie doesn't have the purple as it was only in some pictures, so I left it out this time : D
I had agreed on photoshoot for Saturday, but the photographer had to cancel it after all, so I hope I get some pictures of Hajime >: But hey, best thing in this cosplay is that I get to eat all the time!

Sunnuntai ois sit tuomiopäivä  kisapäivä. Halp... Pitäis varmaa jotai posejaki miettii.... Onneks Destine tulee tänne yökyläilemään nii mulla on joku potkimassa mut conii l'D

Pari pistoa takkiin pitää vielä tehdä, mutta kun mulla ei edelleenkää oo niitä käsinompeluneuloja :'D Toivon et saan niitä tänää. Miekkaan pitäis kans uus sidekerros viel laittaa. Tein uudet napit asuun.

Sunday is the doomsday competition day. Halp... I should probably think some poses... Thank god Destine will stay at my place so I have someone to kick me to the con l'D

I still need a couple of stitches, but I still don't have the handsewing needles :'D I hope I get some today. The sword also needs a new layer of bandages. I made new buttons to the costume.

Jonkin verran ohjelmaaki ois mitä haluisin käyä kattomassa. Ketään ei varmaa yllätä että yks niistä ois se Free!-luento :'D sitten ois NCC-karsinnat, Costour-luento, luistelunäytös ja esityskisaluento. Nämä on kaikki lauantailta, sunnuntailta jätin suosiolla kattomatta. Ei sillä näyttäny olevan hirveestii mitää (paitti Dragonball luento ;____; ) Kattoo tosin käynkö kattoo luisteluesityksen sunnuntaina, varmaa kerkeisin. Tosin jos Kouhassa pystyn menee ulos :'D Hajimelle on helppo saada pitkät housut päälle, Kouhalle vähä hankalampi.

There are some programs I'd like to see. Nobody is probably surprised that the Free-panel is one of them :'D Then there are NCC-prelims, Costour-panel, the ice skating performance and the skit panel. There area all from Saturday, I left Sunday out willingly. There didn't seem to be much anything interesting (except the Dragonball panel ;___; ) Though it might be that I go to see the ice skating show on Sunday, I think I can make it. If I can go out with Kouha :'D It's easy to pull on pants for Hajime but a bit hard for Kouha.

Cherry blossoms everywhere!

HYVÄÄ UUTTA VUOTTA KAIKILLE!!
Tällä kertaa ei olekkaan kirsikankukkia uima-altaassa (sainpas sujautettua yhden Free!-viittauksen), vaan cosplaylistoilla! Monessa animessa on tullut vastaan Sakura-nimisiä hahmoja, mutta mun cosplaysuunnitelmissa niitä on vain yksi. Tosin useampana versiona...

Ihanan CLAMP:in ihana Cardcaptor Sakura on ollut lempimangojani siitä asti kun sen ensimmäisen kerran luin. Animekin on tullu katottua, mutta siihen ei samanlaista sidettä ole tullut kuin mangaan. Kuitenkin vasta viime kesänä keksin sarjan nimikkohahmoa Sakura Kinomotoa, cossata. Ainoa ongelma on, että tällä penteleen kakaralla on niin paljon kivoja asuja, etten osaa päätää!! Noh, vielä tälle vuodelle neitiä ei ole suunnitteilla, eli aikaa on vielä. Toivon kumminkin saavani edes yhden Sakuran mahdollisimman pian ;^;

Tässä kun aamupäivällä jäin selailemaan Sakuran asuja intterneetin ihmeellisestä maailmasta, ajattelin nyt teillekin jakaa muutaman vaihtoehdon!

This time there won't be cherry blossoms in swimming pool (got to say one Free!-reference) but in cosplay lists! In many animes you'll see characters with name Sakura, but on my cosplay plans there is just one. In many versions though...

Lovely Cardcaptor Sakura by lovely CLAMP has been one of my favourite mangas ever since I first read it. I've seen the anime, but never formed same kind of bond to it as to the manga. It was only last summer when I figured to cosplay the name character Sakura Kinomoto. The only problem is, that this blasted kid has so many nice outfits that I can't decide!! Well, I'm not planning her for this year yet, so I still have time. I do hope to get at least one Sakura soon ;^;

Since I got stuck to searching for Sakura's outfits from the Wonderful World of Internet, I decided to share some with you.

Ehkä se kaikkein houkuttelevin ja varmin vaihtoehto tällä hetkellä on tämä. Asu on tokasta elokuvasta The Sealed Card, joka on animesta ehkä se harvoja asioita mistä tykkään : D

Maybe the most tempting and certain one at the moment is this. The outfit is from the second movie The Sealed Card, which is maybe the only think in the anime I like : D (can I just have Syaoran plz? <3)

Toinen mikä himottais olis tää prinssi Sakura siitä kohdasta kun Sakuran luokka esittää Prinsessa Ruususen koulun kulttuurifestivaaleilla, ja roolit jaetaan randomilla. Sakurasta tuli prinssi ja Syaoranista prinsessa, kuinka yllättävää :'DD Melkeen jopa houkuttelis joku esityskisaki ku sain kivan idean, mutten yksin kumminkaa kehtaa...

Another version that I'd really like to do is the prince Sakura from where her class performed The Sleeping Beauty at the school's culture Festival and they decided the roles randomly. Sakura became the prince and Syaoran a princess, how surprising :'DD I'm really tempted to take part into some skit competition since I'd have a nice idea, but I don't dare alone....

Joulu on ohi taas kerran. Saitteko paljon lahjoja? :> Ite sain kaikee kivaa! Pyhät meni perinteisesti kotona ja Tapanina käytii serkun luona kahvilla. Joulupäivänä palailin vanhoihin fandomeihin, ku aloin pitkästä aikaa taas lukemaan Pokemon fanficcejä ja kattelin Inuyashaa ja DragonballZ leffoja! Uudellevuodellekin on jo suunnitelmat, jos tästä vaan toivun koska mulla alko perjantaina flunssa -___- ei sinäänsä kyl mikää ihme koska äiti oli alku viikon räkätaudissa. Kouha kaipais vielä muutamia säätöjä myös, ja Yuki on jo kohta o____o

Christmas is over once again. Did you get a lot of presents? :> I got all kinds of nice stuff! Eve and the Christmas day I spent home, and on Boxing day we went to my cousin's place for coffee. On Christmas Day went back to my old fandoms by reading Pokemon fan fics after a long time and watching Inuyasha and Dragonball Z movies! I have plans for New Year too, if I'll get better since I got flu on Friday -____- Not a surprise though, as my mom was sick earlier on the week. Kouha would need some little fixs still, as Yuki is soon here o___o

Ai miten nii ens viikolla vaihtuu vuos? Mihin tää tän hetkine o hujahtanu?? Tänä vuonna on tapahtunu paljon kaikkee ni tuntuu että ihan vasta eilenhän se tammikuu just oli o_O

Cosplay

Cosseja tänä vuonna tehty: 7 hahmoa

Kaikkiin conehin löytyy omat raportit täältä blogista niin en niistä puhu paljoa. Uusia cosseja tälle vuodelle olivat Gou Matsuoka (Free!), Elyon (W.I.T.C.H.), Petra Ral ja Krista Lenz (Attack On Titan), Nagisa Hazuki (Free!) ja Kouha Ren (Magi), aikalailla tossa järjestyksessä. Tein myös Haijmen (Hamatora) tuossa syksyllä mutten ole päässyt sitä vielä käyttämään, ja mietin sitä Yukin lauantaille.
Aika paljon asuja siis. Ja mun ei pitäny ottaa montaa projektii tälle vuodelle, hups! No, suurin osa on osittan ostovaatteista, kokonaan tein oikeestaa vaan Elyonin ja Kouhan :> (Elyonin aluspaidassa käytin vanhaa paitaa johon vaan lisäsin uudet hihat mut shh, se on 95% itetehty silti!) Vanhoista asuista kierrätin Mathildaa, Maxia (Beyblade) ja Hakuryu (Magi). 

Gousta tein jopa 5 versiota! Kolme coneihin, koulupuku, kerhoasu ja unoffical Arabiaversio, ja kaksi kasuaalia shootteihin. Kristasta ja Petrastakin oli perusversion lisäksi enkeliversio Petrasta ja Kristasta tuo tanssiaisten kasuaali.

Vuoden lempiasu on ehdottomasti Kouha. Siinä opin paljon kaikkea uutta ja se oli ensimmäinen asu jonka tein ihan kokonaan (no okei miinus kaavojen piirto) itse!  Lempicon... en tiiä, Cosvision tai Tracon? : D 

Tutustuin tänä vuonna coneissa ja cosplayin kautta hirveän paljon uusiin ihmisiin, etten edes pysyny laskuissa! Kokosin myös Free!-cosplayryhmän, joista tunsin vaan yhen. Lisäksi sovin kolmessa conissa shootin jonkun sellasen kanssa jota en ollu ennen tavannu. Olen siis ehkä pääsemässä ujoudestani pikkuhiljaa yli.. :'D Ilmosin myös ekaan cossikisaani, iiks! 

Tänä vuonna aloin myös käyttää piilareita cosseissa \o/ Ja opettelin meikkaamaan. Oikeesti, en ennen viime vuoden Traconia ollu ees koskenu meikkeihi varmaa.. ikinä? : D en muista et oisin ees kakarana ikinä äiskän meikeillä leikkinu, mutta tosin muisti voi olla väärässä.

I have reports to all the cons here in this blog, so I won't talk about them. New cosplays for this year were Gou Matsuoka (Free!), Elyon (W.I.T.C.H.), Petra Ral, Krista Lenz (Attack on Titan), Nagisa Hazuki (Free!) and Kouha Ren (Magi), in that order. I also made Hajime (Hamatora), but I haven't got to use her yet. I was thinking her to Yukicon's Saturday.
Pretty many costumes. And I wasn't supposed to take many projects for this year, whoops! Well, most of these were made from bought clothes, I only made Kouha and Elyon completely by from the start :> (Elyon had that undershirt that was my old shirt where I just added made sleeves but shhh that's she's still 95% self made!) From old costumes I used Mathilda, Max (Beyblade) and Hakuryu (Magi).

I made 5 versions of Gou! Three to cons, the school uniform, club outfit and unoffical Arabic version, and two casuals for photoshoots. Of Krista and Perta I made the angel of Perta and the ball outfit of Krista besides the normal version. 

My favourite cosplay from this year is definitely Kouha. I learned a lot of new things and it was first cosplay I made completely (well minus the patterns) myself! My favourite con.. I don't know, Cosvision or Tracon? : D

I met so many new people trough cons and cosplay this year that I can't even count! I also put together a Free! cosplay group from where I knew one. Then I agreed to to photoshoots in three cons with people I hadn't met before.  Maybe I'm getting over my shyness little by little... :'D I also got into my first cosplay competition, yieks!

This year I started using contacts in my costumes too \o/ And learned how to use make up. Seriously, before last year's Tracon I hadn't even touched make up like... never? : D I don't even remember playing with my mom's make up as a kid, but my memory can fail me.

Muu elämä/Other life:

Koska aina joskus sillon tällön tulee sellastaki harrastettua :'D

Cosplayn ohella tänä vuonna tapahtu paljon kaikenlaista muutaki kivaa ja jännää! Tammikuussa aloin opiskelemaan toista ammattia itselleni, kun pääsin Omnian Aikuisopistoon leipuri-kondiittorii-linjalle. Joku on ehkä saattanu huomata että tykkään leipoo ja sillee :'D Aiemmin pohjalla oli jo ravintolakokinammattitutkinto, niin en päässy enää nuorten puolelle päiväopiskelemaan, mutta ei haittaa koska meillä on kiva ryhmä jonka kanssa jaksaa illat pakertaa! 

Kesällä sitten tapahtui se, mistä olen haaveillut koko otakuikäni aka noin 10 vuotta: pääsin matkustamaan Japaniin ensimmäistä kertaa! Vietin kesän kaks ekaa viikkoa Tokiossa ystäväni kanssa, ja se oli ihan huippua, eikä haitannu yhtää et joku Desucon jäi välistä. Tarkemmin matkasta voi lukea täältä!

Syksyllä oli sitten kolmas isompi eventti tältä vuodelta, eli pääsin muuttamaan ihan ekaan omaan asuntoon! Kiva 33 neliön yksiö 9. kerrokessa. Kaveri totes käydessään että siitä on tullu ihan mun näkönen paikka. En ymmärrä mistä se sen keksi.. l'D

Apart from cosplay many nice and exciting things have happened during this year! At January I started to study a second career for myself, when I got into Omnia's Adult Institute to study Bakery arts (I seriously don't know what this thing is called in english :'D). Some of you might have noticed that I like to bake and stuff :'D I already had restaurant chef's education beforehand so I couldn't get to the Youth side as day student, but that's fine because we have nice class whit whom you'll survive the evenings!

During summer happened something that I had dreamed of my whole otaku life AKA 10 years: I got to travel to Japan for the first time! I spent two first weeks of summer in Tokyo with my friend, and it was super and I didn't care at all that I missed some Desucon. You can read about the trip here!

At the Fall there was third bigger life event of this year, I got to move in my very own apartment for the first time! Nice 33 square one-room-flat in 9th floor. My friend said when she dropped by that it looks exactly like me. I don't see why would she say that.. l'D

Juu elikkäs semmonen vuosi on ollu. Toivottavasti ens vuonna on taas yhtä paljon kaikkee kivaa! ens vuoden cosplay suunnitelmista voin sanoo jo sen, että Olvierin lisäksi on varmistunu Aladdin, muita vielä pohdin, ja voi olla että otanki toiseks "isommaks" projektiks sittenki Margaeryn Game of Thoronesta, koska sellanen pikku juttu kun veljen häät lokakuussa ja niillä on keskiaika/fantasia-teema. Jotain sinne pitäis keksiä ja joku neitin asuista sopisi, ja siitä sais sitte seuraavii tanssiasiinki puvun samalla! Pitääpä alkaa kattelemaan GoTtä taas refekuvia varten. 

So that kind of year. I hope there will be again a lot of nice stuff next year too! For next year's cosplay plans I can say that I have quarenteed Aladdin to come after Oliver, and it may be that I take for another "bigger" project Margaery from Game of Thrones after all, because a little thing called my brother's wedding happens next October and they have Middle Age/fantasy theme. I have to figure out something to wear there, and some of her outfits would fit, and I'd get costume for next Cosplay ball too! Gotta start watching GoT again for reference pictures

Cosplay ball 2014

Hei vaan!

Niin saatiin kuin saatiinki tännä eteläänki lunta jouluksi \o/ Tänään pitäis sataa vielä lisääki!

Mutta, viime viikonloppuna, lauantaina tarkemmin sanottuna, oli Pääkaupunkiseudun cosplay-yhdistyksen järkkäämät Cosplaytanssiaiset, jossa meikäläinenki oli! Olin lukenu viime vuoden tanssiaisista, ja kun nyt syksyllä on PC:n jutuissa tullu oltua mukana, niin aattelin että ois kiva mennä. Olin myös mukana järjestämässä juttua, joten saavuin Nuorisokeskus Happeen jo aamulla kahdentoista maissa auttamaan pistämään paikkaa kuntoon. Olin mukana ruokatiimissä, jossa meitä oli noin 8 henkeä, ja siis tietenki hoidettiin juhlien ruokatarjoilut ja tarjoilupöydän täynnä pitämisestä. Miun vastuulle oli laskeutunu tehdä meijän kasvissuolaset, semmosia juustovoitaikinahyrriä. Lisäks meillä oli kinkkuversioita noista, torttuja, karjalanpiirakoita, sipsiä, karkkia, pipareita, dipattavaksi porkkana- ja kurkkutikkuja, boolia, glögiä, kahvia, teetä, mehua, vettä.

Järjestelyt meni mielestäni hyvin, saatiin kaikki ajoissa valmiiksi, mitä ny kahvia keiteltiin vielä ku ihmisiä saapu ja tanssiharkat alko :'D Hyrrät loppu aika aikasin, mutta muuten kaikki riitti hyvin.

We got snow here in southern Finland after all for Christmas \o/ Today it should be snowing even more!

But, last weekend, on Saturday to be exact, was Cosplay ball held by Pääkaupunkiseudun cosplay-yhdistys (Cosplay community here in capital area of Finland), where I attended as well! I had read about last year's ball in blogs, and since I have been in PC's meetings this fall, I though I'd go as well. I was also in arranging team, so I got to the Happi Youth Center already around 12 am to help put the place in order. I was in food team, where we had about 8 people, and of course we took care of the party's food servings and filling the table. On my shoulders came to make vegetarian versions of our salty servings, cheese puff pastry rolls. We also had ham versions of those, Christmas pastrys, karelian pies, chips, candy, gingerbread cookies, carrot and cucumber sticks to dip, punch, glog, coffee, tea, juice and water.

Arrangements went pretty well on my opinion, we got everything ready in time, only needed to make coffee when people started to show up and the dance practice started :'D the rolls ended pretty early but other stuff we had enough.

Hahmoksi valitsin Kristan Attack on Titanista. En mitään uutta alkanu väsäämään, vaan käytin mun vanhaa valmistujaismekkoa, koska se on kiva (ja tulipahan sitäki käytettyä vielä). Keksin myös tehä tommosen kampauksen, joka kyllä oli tosi sekanen koska päätin että avaan sen ja teen uusiks viel paikanpäällä, mut eipä siitä sen siistimpi tullu :'D Sain myös luokkakaveriltani nuo mustat hanskat. Pariksieni sain Ainon, kun muistin että se oli sanonu haluuvansa cossata Ymirii. Harmi vaan että sen peruukki ei ehtiny, mutta hyvin sujui Ymppä sillä omillaki hiuksilla! Muuten sitte hengailtii Elemmiren ja Spitaalisen kanssa pääsääntösesti, sillo ku en ollu keittiössä (no okei emmä siellä nii paljoo ollu).

Tanssiaiset alko linnanjulhatyylisellä sisääntulolla, jossa kaikki kävi kättelemässä viime vuoden kuningasta ja kuningatarta. Ne oli Erwin ja Levi :'D Arvatkaapa vaa ku Sanna kuulutti meijät (hahmojen nimillä) ni ne meinas alkaa nauraa, ja kaikilla oli pokassa vähän pitämistä kättelyssä :'D

Tanssitki meni kivasti, vaikka Aino ei ollu yhissäkää harkoissa, ja tonpäiväsistäki ehittii kahtee tanssii. Mut hyvin oppi silti ne mitä tanssittii. Lisäks kävin itekseni tanssii Goddessesin ja Ghost Trainin (duh, yksittäistanssi) ja toisen Pornopolkan. 

Tanssiaisissa oli myös itsepalvelukuvauspiste, jossa sai käydä ottaa kuvia, ja yks photoshootnurkkaus jonne oli koottu semmone joulusetti. Propsit kuvauspalvelulle ja Sannalle ku uskalsivat jättää kalliit kameransa sinne noin vaa käytettäväks! Yleiskuvia en tullu ottaneeks, koska ylläri puvussa ei ollu taskuja että oisin puhelinta voinu kantaa mukana, ja siellä otettuja yleiskuvia ei oo vielä julkastu.

As my character I chose Krista from Attack on Titan. I didn't do anything new, but used my old graduation dress, since it's nice (and got to use it again). I also figured I'd do that kind of nice hairdo, though it was really messy since I decided to open and redo it at Happi, but it didn't come any neater :'D I also got those black gloves from my class mate. Aino came as my partner, as I had remembered she's said she wanted to cosplay Ymir. Unfortunately her wig didn't make it in time, but she did well as Ymir with her real hair! Mostly we hanged out with Elemmire and Spitaalinen, when I wasn't in the kitchen (well okay I wasn't there that much.)

The ball started with president'sindependencedaylike entering where everyone shook hands with last year's king and queen. They were Erwin and Levi :'D Just quess when Sanna called us (by character names), they almost started laughing, and we all had a bit hard time having poker face at the moment of hand shaking :'D

The dances when fine too, even though Aino hadn't been at any practices and we only got to that day's practices during last two dances. But she learned well all we danced anyway. I also danced by my self Goddesses, Ghost Train (well duh, solo dance) and another Pornopolka.

The ball had this self-service photo booth where you could take pictures and one photoshoot corner where was Christmas themed set. Huge respect to the photo booth people and Sanna for daring to leave their expensive cameras there to be used just like that! I didn't take any overview pictures, 'cuz surprise, no pockets so I couldn't carry my phone along, and the pictures that were taken there haven't still been published.

Tanssien jälkeen oli vielä cossikisat ja uuden kuninkaan ja kuningattaren valinta, joiksi valikoitui Prince Bubblegum? (Adventure Time) ja Elsa (Frozen). Sitten alkoi disko loppuajaksi. Itse jouduin hipsimään pois siinä kymmenen yhdentoista välillä, koska päänsärky alkoi pikkuhiljaa iskemään, ja kotiin päästyä se olikin jo aika mojova.

Mutta oli ihan sairaan kivaa, ja hauskaa ja superia ja seura oli mahtavaa! Toivottavasti nämä järkätään taas ens vuonna, koska mulla on asuidea jo valmiina! \o/

After the dances we still had the cosplay competition and choosing of the new king and queen, who were Prince Bubblegum? (Adventure Time) and Elsa (Frozen). Then was it was disco for the rest of the time. I had to leave around ten-eleven pm as I started having a headache, which was quite hard when I got home.

But it was so nice and fun and super! I had awesome company! I hope this will come next year too, as I have costume idea in mind already! \o/
